Our commitment
All Pool Calculators is committed to making its calculators and content usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, captions, or other assistive technologies.
We aim to improve the site with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applicable accessibility requirements, including the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, to the extent relevant to our Services.
Conformance status
Current status: partially conformant and under continuous improvement. We have not represented that every page or third-party component conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Third-party advertisements, embedded services, browser differences, legacy content, and newly published calculators may contain barriers outside our direct control.
Accessibility practices
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link text;
- keyboard-operable controls and visible focus indicators;
- responsive layouts and readable text;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content;
- accessible error messages and result presentation where practicable;
- colour contrast and non-colour cues for important information; and
- manual review and automated checks as part of ongoing development.
Known or possible limitations
- Third-party content, if enabled, may not meet our accessibility goals or may change without our control.
- Some calculators may require JavaScript and may have interaction or result-announcement issues with particular assistive technologies.
- Some older or third-party assets may not yet have complete text alternatives, focus behaviour, or contrast.
We prioritise issues that prevent a person from understanding content, entering measurements, operating a calculator, or reading a result.
Feedback and assistance
Tell us about an accessibility barrier at support@allpoolcalculators.com. Please include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser involved if known, and a preferred way for us to respond. Do not include sensitive personal information.
We will review good-faith reports, determine whether an alternative format or manual assistance is reasonably available, and use reports to improve the site. An email request is not a promise that every barrier can be fixed immediately or that a particular alternative is legally required.
Assessment
We use a combination of manual review, keyboard testing, responsive checks, and automated accessibility tools. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so user feedback is important. This statement will be updated as the site, its components, and applicable standards change.
