These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the All Pool Calculators website and its calculators, articles, tables, tools, downloads, forms, and other content (together, the “Services”). The Services are made available under the “All Pool Calculators” brand by Amit Madhra, an individual sole proprietor based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We may correct, update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the Services at any time. We are not required to continue any particular calculator or feature.
Where a safety, structural, electrical, chemical, regulatory, or financial decision is involved, independently verify the result with a suitably qualified professional and the applicable authority, manufacturer, code, label, or technical documentation.

Our total liability for a claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant Services in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing, except to the extent a different limitation is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights and remedies that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit us to waive.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Pool Calculators and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer-protection or other statutory rights available to you. Courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
12. General provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement concerning the Services, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
