1. Educational estimates

All Pool Calculators provides general educational calculators and explanatory content. Results are generated from the information entered, the formula or method used, and assumptions displayed or described on the relevant page. A result may be rounded, approximate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular property, product, pool, project, climate, code, or budget.

We do not warrant that a result is accurate, complete, current, error-free, or fit for your intended use. Check the inputs, units, conversions, formula, assumptions, and result independently before acting.

2. Pool volume, capacity, and water-loss results

Volume and capacity estimates may be affected by actual geometry, slopes, steps, benches, coves, free-form boundaries, water level, liner or wall thickness, usable depth, and measurement error. Water-loss estimates may be affected by weather, evaporation, wind, humidity, pool covers, splash-out, leaks, plumbing, filtration, and user behaviour. Use a qualified pool professional for a leak investigation, structural assessment, or operational decision.

3. Chemicals and water treatment

Chemical and water-treatment calculators are not tailored chemical instructions and do not replace the product label, safety data sheet, local requirements, or advice from a qualified pool professional. Test water with suitable equipment and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Never mix pool chemicals, and never add chemicals in a way that conflicts with the label or professional advice. Keep chemicals away from children, animals, heat, and incompatible substances.

4. Electrical, heating, pumps, gas, and equipment

Calculations relating to electricity, pumps, heaters, gas, wiring, flow, pressure, equipment sizing, or installation must be checked by a licensed or otherwise suitably qualified professional. Do not open, wire, modify, install, service, or operate equipment based only on a website result. Isolate power and follow all safety instructions before inspection or maintenance.

5. Structural, construction, and water-weight decisions

Pool water weight, roof or balcony loading, excavation, retaining walls, drainage, construction, and structural decisions require site-specific assessment by a qualified structural engineer, architect, contractor, or other authorised professional. Do not use a calculator result as approval to build, fill, drain, modify, or occupy a structure.

6. Cost, pricing, and materials

Cost results are indicative estimates, not quotes or offers. Labour, materials, taxes, permits, freight, availability, currency, region, season, site access, contractor rates, and project requirements can change the actual cost. Obtain written, project-specific quotations from appropriately qualified suppliers or contractors.

7. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for deciding whether a result is appropriate. Follow applicable laws, building and electrical codes, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, permits, and professional advice. If a result concerns an immediate danger, suspected leak, electrical fault, chemical exposure, structural issue, or other emergency, stop work and contact the appropriate emergency or qualified professional service.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Pool Calculators and its operator, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for loss, injury, damage, expense, or claim arising from reliance on a calculator, result, formula, content, advertisement, link, or omission. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.

9. Questions and corrections

Send a suspected calculation or content error to feedback@allpoolcalculators.com. Include the page URL and a description of the issue, but do not send confidential or sensitive information.
